Jarle Veierød

Jarle is a Co-Founder at Sogne Strategies. He has more than 20 years experience in financial markets with employment at Norsk Hydro, Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital and UBS. Most recently he held a position as a partner and CIO at Systemiq, an investment and consulting boutique focusing on regenerative economic systems. Jarle has spent most of his career covering Nordic institutional investors, fund managers and banks out of London, with emphasis on tactic and strategic investments, risk solutions and financial structuring across asset classes. He has raised capital for a wide range of investment strategies.

Jarle hold an MSc from Norwegian School of Economics and he studied law at the University of Bergen. He also spent more than two years in the Royal Norwegian Navy, including serving as an operative officer in the NATO fleet in the Atlantic.
