TERMS OF SERVICE DISCLOSURE

SOGNE STRATEGIES NORWAY AS (the "Capital Raising Advisor" or “Facilitator”) has been appointed by Alternative Investment Managers (the "Manager[s]"), collectively with its affiliates referred to as the investment entities, to act as a Capital Raising Advisor for Alternative Investment Funds (the "Fund[s]").

The Capital Raising Advisor affirms that it does not provide certain MiFID-regulated services, such as investment advice or personalized recommendations based on an investor's portfolio or circumstances.

All information provided by Sogne Strategies is strictly for informational purposes and should not be considered a recommendation for any specific transaction or an endorsement of any investment strategy's suitability. Materials such as teasers, investment highlights, and pitch decks—approved in advance by the Manager—are incomplete by design and must be reviewed alongside the Manager's offering documents, subscription agreements, and other relevant fund documentation to fully understand the terms and provisions.

This disclosure underscores that the Capital Raising Advisor operates outside the scope of certain regulated MiFID activities. As such, it is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the absence of these services. By engaging with the Capital Raising Advisor, parties acknowledge and accept these limitations.
